Als SAP SD Application Support Engineer bij Flexso

Ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt van de klant voor al hun logistieke SAP 'Sales & Distribution' vragen. In nauwe samenwerking met het team help je de klant het beste te halen uit hun SAP-applicaties en Cloud-oplossingen zoals S/4HANA. Door jouw ervaring, expertise en het op de voet volgen van de nieuwste releases en functionaliteiten maak je bedrijfsprocessen beter en ontzorg je de klant van begin tot eind. Je geeft advies op maat en helpt het SAP landschap op langere termijn mee uit te bouwen.

Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Je komt in contact met tal van klanten met elk hun eigen SAP-landschap en eigen bedrijfsprocessen. Als specialist ter zake, duik je dieper in het systeem van de klant en ondersteun je hen bij zowel het oplossen van operationele specifieke vragen (2e en 3e lijn support) als verbeteringsprojecten (grote change requests tot zelfs kleinere projecten). Voor specifieke klanten neem je de bredere rol op van SPOC waarbij je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt bent tussen de klant en het team.

Binnen Managed Services kom je terecht in een vast en sterk team waar ervaren functionele en technische experten hun kennis met elkaar delen en zo elkaar versterken. Uiteraard deel jij graag jouw expertise met je collegas. Maar geen zorgen, ook jij blijft evolueren.
Het Application Support team is georganiseerd rond verschillende domeinen zoals finance, logistiek, productie, analytics en development. Naast de verschillende avondsessies, seminaries en webinars, bieden de gevarieerde klantenprojecten en -uitdagingen een enorme rijkdom aan nieuwe inzichten.

Wat verwachten we?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of als interne SAP SD specialist. Consultancy ervaring is dus geen must.
  • Je kan terugvallen op een ruime ervaring binnen het logistieke domein van de SAP-suite.
  • Je denkt analytisch en conceptueel.
  • Je bent flexibel, gemotiveerd en positief ingesteld.
  • Je communiceert helder en bouwt langdurige relaties op met collegas en klanten.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, en ook je Engels beheers je uitstekend.
