The biggest players are slow to innovate. Spott isn't a tool that will be added to legacy software, it is a full reset. We are the core operating software. AI-native, fast, scalable, and personal.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Product Marketer to own positioning and messaging across product and GTM. This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast and turns customer insight into narratives that drive adoption and revenue.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field+2 years of experience in product marketing or B2B SaaS marketing, or GTM rolesAbility to translate complex topics into clear messaging and compelling storiesExperience in Figma/Adobe are a plus or willingness to learnGrowth mindset with eagerness to test, learn, and iterateWhat You'll DoDefine the ICP and buyer personas, clarifying pains, ROI, and positioningSupport Marketing and Sales Enablement with case studies, decks, and narrativesOwn end-to-end content creation across blog, website, newsletters, and social channelsWork closely with founders and sales to align content with GTM strategyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and generous stock optionsThe chance to grow with us and achieve your career aspirationsGreat team vibe with regular dinners, sports activities and international offsitesOverall, if joining a high growth company, with an extremely talented & ambitious team sounds appealing to you, then you should apply - even if you don't match all criteria About the interview1.
