IT Support Engineer (across the Flemish region, Belgium)

Ghent Belgium based - will need to be commutable to Ghent and be available to travel to other Belgium sites.
There will be occasional work from home days.
€3,800-€4,500 + benefits
A hands-on position supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, networking and end users across the Belgian operation. Suitable for candidates from IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support or Infrastructure Support backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- IT Support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Support for the full Office365 package
- Basic networking tasks (IP configuration, VPN, wifi troubleshooting)
- Set up and deploy new hardware
- Adhere to cyber security xlxgzvr and IT policies and best practice
Your experience:
- 2+ years IT support experience
- Experience working in a help desk or service desk environment
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Office365 package experience
