Ben jij de Shiftleader die wij zoeken?
Als shiftleader ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volgende:
• Je wordt mee verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van een productieafdeling om een vooropgestelde planning te realiseren.
Dit binnen de afgesproken kwaliteitsparameters en rekening houdend met de geldende veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.
• Het opvolgen van de veiligheid en productie efficiëntie/optimalisatie staan hoog op jouw prioriteitenlijst.
• Het kort op de bal spelen en bijsturen van de logistieke productie- en magazijnstromen, met als doel een optimale output, is eveneens een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid in de job.
•Je onthaalt, begeleidt en coacht (nieuwe) medewerkers binnen jouw afdeling.ProfielBen jij iemand die zich herkend in onderstaande?
• Je hebt een technische Bachelor genoten.
• Je hebt min. 5 jaar relevante ervaring als teamlead.
• Je bent vertrouwd met diverse computertoepassingen.
• Je hebt een passie voor leiddinggeven en bent een sterke People Manager, die een divers team kan motiveren, coachen en leiden.
• Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
