Wij zijn vandaag op zoek naar een Shipping Officer die te werk gesteld zal zijn in Antwerpen.
De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:- Je bent het aanspreekpunt omtrent shipping.
- Je vertaalt klantenbehoeften naar projecten en procedures.
- Je adviseert collega's over shipping gerelateerde onderwerpen.
- Je communiceert zowel intern als extern op een commerciële manier.
- Je bereidt bezoeken aan rederijen en klanten voor.
- Je implementeert de commerciële afspraken in de processen van customer service.
- Je behoudt een duidelijk overzicht van je lopende dossiers.
- Je stelt mogelijke verbeteringen voor de procedures ter optimalisatie van de klantenservice.
- Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen expeditie.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Engels.
- Je hebt basiskennis MS Office en een goede kennis van MS Excel.
- Je bent klantgericht.
- Je bent een probleemoplossend denker.
- Je bent communicatief, assertief en zelfzeker.
