Product Developer – Hard Goods On-site Brussels | Full-Time Bambaw – Sustainable Consumer GoodsBambaw is growing fast, and we're looking for a Product Developer – Hard Goods to help us design and launch high-quality, durable, and sustainable physical products.If you love CAD, prototyping, problem-solving with suppliers, and bringing real products to life → you'll thrive here. What You Will DoYou'll own the full technical development of Bambaw's hardgoods, from feasibility to production readiness.You will:Own the full journey from concept → prototype → validation → market launchCreate & manage CAD models, 2D drawings, and 3D filesLead prototyping rounds with suppliers (v1, v2, v3...)Evaluate materials, constructions, and manufacturabilityDefine and execute product testing & compliance plans (REACH, CE, LFGB...)Approve tooling, molds, PPS/FBS samplesSolve technical issues and ensure manufacturing readinessBuild our technical standards, specs & documentation systems What You BringMust-have:3–5+ years in product development, industrial design, mechanical/industrial engineering, or QA/QCStrong experience taking physical products from concept → market launchProficiency in CAD/3D tools (SolidWorks, Fusion360, Rhino...)Ability to create manufacturing-ready drawings & tolerancesHands-on prototyping + supplier communication experienceStrong technical problem solving & documentation habitsNice-to-have:Experience with compliance (REACH, CE, LFGB)Knowledge of tooling, injection molding, or fabrication processesExperience with Asian or EU manufacturers Who Will Love This RoleIndustrial designers who own both design + manufacturingEngineers who enjoy hands-on iterationProduct developers who like solving problems with suppliersNot a fit if: You only have design/branding experience without manufacturing depth, or you cannot produce/read technical drawings.
