Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for Belgium-based logistics categories, including but not limited to DSP partner development.• Develop, evaluate, and manage a strong pool of local suppliers, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.• Drive procurement negotiations, contract signing, and execution follow-up to ensure cost optimization and delivery performance.• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance and risk control throughout the procurement process.• Produce regular procurement analytics reports to support business decisions and budget planning.• Participate in the development of localized procurement strategies and support cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or logistics; experience in e-commerce or cross-border logistics is an advantage.• Language skills: proficiency in French / Dutch / German (C1 or above, capable of business communication), with fluent English (written and spoken).• Strong understanding of the Belgian market landscape, regulations, and business practices.• Excellent negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to manage fast-paced, multi-tasking work environments.• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
