Job Title: Accountant / Finance Officer (Tempory position until september 2026) Job Description We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Finance Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring full compliance with Belgian accounting and VAT regulations. Key Responsibilities Accounting data entry for purchase invoices, sales invoices, and financial transactions Bank management and bank reconciliations Preparation and follow-up of Belgian VAT declarations Participation in monthly and annual closings Financial analysis and periodic reporting Accounts receivable and payable follow-up Liaising with external accountants / auditors Ensuring compliance with Belgian accounting and financial regulations Candidate Profile Proven experience in accounting data entry and Belgian accounting Strong knowledge of Belgian VAT rules and financial regulations Solid experience in accounting, reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting Hands-on experience with BOB 50 and Sage Cloud Demat Ability to work independently and accurately Qualifications Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 3–5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role Good command of English (spoken and written) Languages English: fluent French: professional working proficiency (preferred) Offer Contract: Permanent (or to be defined) Salary: €2,800 – €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience Dynamic and professional working environment
