Ce que vous réaliserez chez nous :
Responsabilités générales :
- Développement et gestion d'une Architecture d'Entreprise "fit for purpose" au sein de BAC.
- Assurer une compartimentation appropriée des processus métier dans les solutions nécessitant une automatisation, y compris tous les clusters de services TIC.
- Président du Comité Stratégique TIC Architecture et manager fonctionnel de la communauté d'architecture (incluant l'architecture des données).
- Garantir une gouvernance solide dans les décisions technologiques pour les grands projets.
Gestion de l'Architecture TIC Stratégique :
- Alignement stratégique : Aligner l'architecture TIC sur les objectifs à long terme et les exigences opérationnelles.
- Fonction de pont : Relie les départements métier et les équipes TIC.
- Efficacité et conformité : Garantit que les systèmes TIC soutiennent les opérations aéroportuaires, l'expérience passager et les exigences de conformité.
- Vision à long terme : Se concentre sur les développements stratégiques plutôt que sur les questions opérationnelles.
- Conseiller : Conseiller indépendant et objectif pour le CIO.
Gouvernance et collaboration :
- Transformation digitale : Transformer les possibilités technologiques en opportunités business.
- Architecture d'entreprise : Développer une architecture IT axée sur la valeur qui soutient la stratégie d'entreprise.
- Principes et cadres : Établir et communiquer des principes et cadres orientés vers l'avenir.
- Communauté d'architecture : Diriger fonctionnellement, coacher et être mentor au sein de l'organisation matricielle.
- Ateliers : Organiser et faciliter des ateliers en préparation de la prise de décision architecturale.
- Conseil et gouvernance : Conseiller sur des questions architecturales complexes et garantir la prise de décision au sein de l'organisation.
- Paysage TIC : Traduire la stratégie BAC et TIC en couches de données, d'applications et d'infrastructure.
- Cartographie : Créer une vue d'ensemble des fonctionnalités métier vers les solutions TIC et les intégrations système.
- Garantir que les décisions architecturales s'alignent sur un modèle opérationnel central.
- Faciliter les processus de gouvernance.
- Encourager la standardisation des méthodes de travail, processus et documentation.
- Guider les autres architectes et aligner les efforts.
Rôle de leadership :
- Soutenir le management dans la prise de décision.
- Représenter l'organisation et escalader vers le CIO ou le PMO si nécessaire.
Ce qui vous distingue :
- Diplôme universitaire en Sciences Informatiques ou équivalent.
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en TIC, avec un solide background en analyse et conception de systèmes.
- Expérience en tant qu'Architecte d'Entreprise est un plus.
- Traduire les développements technologiques en opportunités business.
- Fort en analyse organisationnelle et processus avec équilibre entre flexibilité et efficacité.
- Conseiller sur l'organisation et la gestion du changement.
- Rôle de coach et d'inspiration au sein de la communauté d'architecture.
- Gestion des parties prenantes et capacité décisionnelle.
- Personnalité diplomatique et collaborative.
- Capacité analytique à comprendre et traduire des modèles et systèmes complexes.
- Inspirer et informer sur l'architecture et la technologie.
- Attitude proactive avec capacités d'adaptation pragmatiques.
- Construire la confiance avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Contribuer à la stratégie et à la qualité des services IT au sein de l'entreprise.
Connaissances linguistiques :
- Maîtrise du néerlandais ou du français.
- Connaissance passive de la deuxième langue nationale et de l'anglais.
- Capable de communiquer professionnellement dans les trois langues.
