An Administrative Assistant position has just opened in a company active in the banking sector in Brussels. As an Administrative Assistant, you will evolve in a very versatile position, within an ambitious and growing company.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks
- Office: operational management of the office, ordering office supplies and monitoring stocks, contact with suppliers, monitoring the budget, welcoming visitors, managing incoming/outgoing mail and the general mailbox, etc.
- Events: Support in the preparation and coordination of events and activities (lunches, team-buildings, annual trip, etc.)
- Ad hoc administrative support (publication on the internal website, support to project managers, etc.)
- If you are organized, rigorous, dynamic and enjoy contact, this Administrative Assistant position is for you
The ideal profile:
- You preferably have at least a bachelor's degree in administration;
- You have a first experience in a similar administrative position. A valid student job or internship will also be considered;
- You have a very good knowledge of French and English and a knowledge of Dutch (trilingual working environment).
- You have an excellent command of MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- You have excellent presentation, organization and communication skills.
- You are quick on your feet, curious to learn, resourceful, flexible and enjoy multi-tasking.
