You'll empower customers worldwide to unlock the full potential of our 3D vision platform, ensuring they achieve operational excellence in their automated manufacturing environments.Technical Excellence: Provide expert support for our AI-enhanced 3D vision solutions via email, video calls, and on-site visitsSystem Optimization: Install, configure, and update Pickit3D systems for optimal performance in diverse industrial environmentsKnowledge Leadership: Create comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles that empower our global communityProduct Evolution: Collaborate closely with our R&D team to influence product development based on real-world customer insightsGlobal Reach: Support customers across OEMs and their main suppliers in the automotive sector, plus innovative manufacturers worldwide in other verticals. Travel within the EU is to be expected for about 35% of your time. Global Team: working closely together with your colleagues across the worldYour ProfileTechnical Foundation: Bachelor's/Master's in ICT, Robotics, Automation, or equivalent hands-on experience; 2 to 5 years experience in the field.
