We're Hiring – Concrete Laboratory Technician (R&D)

Adfil Construction Fibers, part of the globally renowned Saint-Gobain Group, is expanding its R&D department and is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Concrete Laboratory Technician to join our team.

Adfil Construction Fibers is a global leader in the development and production of fibers for cementitious materials. Through continuous research and innovation, we are committed to advancing fiber-reinforced concrete technology and delivering high-quality solutions to the construction industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Perform R&D and quality control testing on mortar and concrete, including fresh & mechanical testing.

• Collaborate with the R&D team and contribute to research projects.

• Actively participate in R&D projects and technical meetings.

• Report directly to the R&D Manager.

✅ Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of concrete technology.
• Experience in quality control testing for mortar and concrete is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to actively participate in R&D projects.
• Good English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
