Als Reporting & Data Analyst maak je deel uit van een dynamisch team dat zich focust op analyse en rapportering voor Indirecte Aankopen binnen Colruyt Group Technics. Jouw bijdrage speelt een belangrijke rol bij besluitvormingsprocessen en het bevorderen van de groei van het bedrijf. Een job met veel impact

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Als Reporting & Data Analyst binnen Colruyt Group Technics ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van gegevens die cruciaal zijn voor onze bedrijfsvoering. Hiervoor ontwikkel, onderhoud en optimaliseer je periodieke rapportages en dashboards met behulp van Power BI.
  • Je analyseert hierbij data om trends, patronen en inzichten te ontdekken, maar ook knelpunten en verbeterpunten te vinden. Vanuit jouw inzichten doe je voorstellen voor datagedreven verbeteringen en strategische initiatieven.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende interne stakeholders om hun noden en rapportagebehoeften te begrijpen en te vervullen.
  • Je schrijft werkmethodes uit, stelt gedetailleerde opleidingsmappen op ifv. de opgestelde rapporteringen en geeft trainingen aan medewerkers om hen te ondersteunen bij het gebruik van rapportages en data-analysetools.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met jouw team om gegevensgestuurde oplossingen te ontwikkelen en te implementeren.
  • Je waakt over de datakwaliteit binnen de verschillende systemen aan de hand van rapporteringen en draagt op die manier actief bij aan de continue verbetering van dataverzamelings- en analyseprocessen.

Je werkt in Halle en kunt tot 2 dagen per week thuiswerken of in een van onze regionale kantoren (Mechelen, Haasrode, Zwijnaarde).

Vereiste kwalificaties:

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma in een relevante studierichting zoals Data Science, Statistiek, Wiskunde, en ervaring met het werken in complexe spreadsheets in Excel. Basiskennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch vermogen: Je bent analytisch en kunt complexe informatie vertalen naar begrijpelijke inzichten zonder de details uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team, je haalt energie uit samenwerken om de beste resultaten te halen.
  • Initiatief: Je bent gedreven en pakt je werk zelf vast om op een efficiënte manier je doel te bereiken. Zie je dat iets beter kan? Dan ga je daar mee aan de slag.
  • Communicatie: Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe gegevens eenvoudig uit te leggen.
  • Talenkennis: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en kunt informatie vlot overbrengen aan je collegas en stakeholders.

Je gaat aan de slag bij Colruyt Group Technics, onze interne technische dienst. We ontwerpen, (ver)bouwen en onderhouden alle winkels, distributiecentra, DATS 24-tankstations, voertuigen en installaties van Colruyt Group. Of je nu technieker, administratief medewerker of architect bent, je merkt meteen de impact van je werk.
