What You'll Do:
- Build and lead a team of IT Business Partners to serve as strategic liaisons between IT and various business units/stakeholders.
- Develop clear roadmaps for all functional areas in collaboration with BPO and other stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships between IT and BPO, with increased focus on platforms and divisions.
- Strengthen partnerships with growing regions like LATAM and APAC, and engage in M&A activities for optimal IT integration.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
- Work closely with IT delivery teams, including PMO and Architecture, to develop and implement IT solutions aligned with business goals and global IT application strategy.
- Align technology strategies with overall business strategy and drive digital transformation efforts.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar IT Business Partner or IT strategy role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
