All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.
You will handle domestic and cross-border transactions, advise on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and restructurings, and work with multinational clients. xlxgzvr
The role requires a law degree (Master 1 or 2), an LL.M is a plus, at least 3 years in Luxembourg corporate law, and fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
