Je missie
Jouw missie is via logistieke oplossingen het verschil te maken voor onze klanten. Dit doe je door het creëren van transparantie via data analyse en rapportcreatie met als doel het verbeteren van de werking van customer care. Daarnaast werk je met je collega’s binnen customer care aan het begrijpen van de noden van onze klanten om zo innovatieve logistieke oplossingen aan te bieden.

  • Samen met de Customer & Transport Solutions manager en Team Leaders ontwikkel, monitor en analyseer je onze KPI’s om zo onze activiteiten structureel te bewaken en te verbeteren
  • Je creërt via data en rapportage transparantie op onze processen om zo exceptie management te faciliteren
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het maken en analyseren van de wekelijkse/maandelijkse statistieken van customer care en deelt deze met de relevante stakeholders in de organisatie bij maandeinde
  • Via interne opleiding ontwikkel je jezelf tot PowerBi expert voor onze afdeling, je bouwt nieuwe rapporten and onderhoudt de bestaande rapportage
  • Je staat dicht bij onze klanten – begrijpt hun processen, en initieert verbeteringen die een positieve impact hebben zowel bij de klanten, customer centers als Power Tools Distribution.

Je rapporteert aan de Team Leader Customer Care.

Kennis en ervaring

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische of ingenieursrichting
  • Kennis van supply chain processen en systemen is een voordeel.
  • Goede kennis en ervaring van Microsoft Office tools en voornamelijk Excel zijn een vereiste, kennis van SAP is een plus
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels zijn vanzelfsprekend

  • Je bent een vlotte communicator die in staat is om goede relaties op te bouwen met je Atlas Copco collega’s in de customer centers en de divisies.
  • Je bent in eerste instantie een echte teamplayer maar bent daarnaast ook iemand die zelfstandig kan presteren.
  • Werken onder tijdsdruk om vooropgestelde objectieven te realiseren vormt voor jou geen enkel probleem.
