Recruitment Consultant chez Impact
En tant que Recruitment Consultant chez Impact, vous êtes la force motrice de l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, depuis la rédaction des offres d'emploi jusqu'à la signature des contrats des intérimaires.
Votre objectif principal est d'attirer avec succès des talents, en mettant l'accent sur les profils ouvriers.
Recrutement et sourcing : Grâce à divers canaux tels qu'Indeed, VDAB / Forem / Actiris et notre base de données, vous recherchez des candidats (expérimentés). Vous les accompagnez vers la prochaine étape de leur carrière tout en développant votre propre réseau.
Rédaction des offres d'emploi : Vous comprenez les besoins du client et rédigez des offres d'emploi adaptées pour trouver le meilleur match.
Entretiens et reporting : Vous menez des entretiens structurés et personnalisés en écoutant attentivement les attentes et ambitions des candidats. Ensuite, vous présentez en détail les rapports d'entretien aux clients en mettant en avant les points forts des candidats.
Coaching des candidats : Vous les accompagnez du début à la fin : conseils pour l'entretien, discussion sur la proposition salariale... Vous vous assurez que candidats et clients se sentent soutenus tout au long du processus et effectuez un suivi après leur entrée en fonction.
Contacts commerciaux : Vous aimez établir de nouveaux contacts professionnels. En collaboration avec votre manager, vous contribuez activement à l'expansion de notre portefeuille clients et participez aux visites chez les prospects et clients pour promouvoir les services d'Impact.

Profil recherché
Vous êtes motivé et aimez relever les défis.
Vous n'avez pas peur de téléphoner.
Une première expérience dans le secteur est un atout, mais si ce n'est pas le cas, nous vous accompagnons avec plaisir.
Vous avez un esprit commercial et êtes orienté solutions.
Vous êtes axé sur les résultats et visez, avec votre équipe, l'atteinte des objectifs personnels et collectifs.
