Technical Services Engineer

Au sein de la Business Unit Biologics, contribuer à la mission de la société, par la participation à la fourniture des services intégrés aux institutions de recherche et aux entreprises pharmaceutiques :

  1. En contribuant à la rentabilité des services fournis
  2. En contribuant à la satisfaction du client, par la qualité et les délais des services fournis.
  3. En assurant, grâce à son expertise technique, le succès des projets qui lui sont confiés, en termes de satisfaction du client, délai et productivité.

Votre mission

En étroite collaboration avec le Technical Services Manager et les Managers de la Biologics et en respect de la stratégie de maintenance, vous êtes amené à :

  1. Garantir le cycle en V pour les nouveaux projets, équipements et utilitaires « black » ou « Clean » (URS/FDS/DQ/FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ) que ce soit en terme d'écriture ou de participation à la réalisation.
  2. Assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre des nouveaux utilitaires (suivi de la mise en route par le fournisseur, suivi de la qualification initiale afin d'acquérir la connaissance technique de l'installation).
  3. Rédiger la documentation se rapportant aux utilitaires (procédures d'utilisation, procédures de maintenance préventive, log-books de suivi…).
  4. Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux équipements de production, si applicable.
  5. Définir, en collaboration avec les experts techniques de production et les ingénieurs de production, un planning de maintenance préventive des nouveaux équipements de production (planning de maintenance supporté/documenté par une approche analyse de risque).
  6. Participer à la bonne gestion de la GMAO et aux améliorations/upgrades en lien avec celles-ci.
  7. Être un référent pour les équipements HVAC et sa gestion via BMS mais aussi pour les équipements sous monitoring validé (EMS).
  8. Définir un stock de pièces de rechange pour les utilitaires et équipements dont il assure la mise en œuvre ainsi que la création de SOP de maintenance préventive pour ceux-ci.
  9. Assurer la formation du personnel de maintenance à la gestion des maintenances des nouveaux équipements.
  10. Assurer une veille des utilitaires dont il a assuré la mise en œuvre.
  11. Proposer et élaborer de manière structurée des projets d'amélioration et de fiabilisation des installations et de l'infrastructure de la Biologics.
  12. Etablir le budget des projets d'amélioration et en assurer le suivi.
  13. Etre disponible en cas de panne grave et apporter son expertise à la résolution des problèmes techniques.

Votre profil

  1. Ingénieur industriel ou équivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  3. Rédaction et pouvoir approuver un cahier des charges (URS) en vue de l'achat et de l'installation de nouveaux utilitaires (« black » et « clean »).
  4. Rédiger la documentation se rapportant aux utilitaires, répondant aux exigences GMP (procédures d'utilisation, procédures de maintenance préventive, log-books de suivi…).
  5. Assurer la formation du personnel de maintenance aux utilitaires dont il a assuré la mise en œuvre.
  6. Assurer le suivi de la mise en œuvre de nouveaux utilitaires.
  7. Définir et instaurer le stock de pièces critiques de première intervention pour les équipements.
  8. Pouvoir gérer un projet de fiabilisation d'une installation.
  9. Capable de mettre en place les maintenances préventives adéquates (supportée par une analyse de risque) pour garantir le maintien du statut opérationnel des utilitaires et des équipements de production et de pouvoir mettre en évidence les faiblesses d'une installation et les risques de défaillances techniques.
  10. Proposer des projets d'amélioration et de fiabilisation des installations.
  11. Respecter les délais pour les délivrables attendus.
  12. Une expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique est un atout.
