Concultancy mission to start form 09/02 until 30/04/2026 Work Location: Anderlecht Pharmaceutical sector As a paralegal, your main responsibilities will be to provide legal assistance support on corporate law questions and corporate housekeeping. • The job includes amongst others the following tasks: o Handling the organization of the appointment, dismissal, and renewal of management bodies and statutory auditors for all the subsidiaries of the company through an electronic corporate housekeeping platform. o Handling the preparation of powers-of-attorneys o Managing the register of shareholders and corporate books. o Coordinating with notaries and ensuring notarization and legalization of documents as required. o Ensuring publication and registration formalities with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises to ensure all formalities are met. o Preparation of corporate legal documents on various topics under the supervision of in-house legal counsels. o General legal administrative support as needed. Profile • Bachelor's degree in law or paralegal experience of at least 3-5 years in a law firm or company. • Fluency in English and French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other language. • Ability to work with electronic platforms such as legal and corporate databases. • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude. • Candidate must be proactive and show initiative.
