Role: Technical Infrastructure Architecture Domain LeadLocation: Gosselies, Belgium (Hybrid)Languages: French, EnglishDuration: 01/12/2025 - 31/12/2026 Job Description: In the context of the transformation and modernization of its infrastructure, we aims to strengthen the consistency, resilience, and security of its technical foundation.Within Factory Hosting, the Domain Lead for Technical Architecture and Infrastructure will be responsible for leading and structuring a team of architects and technical designers (approximately ten employees) to ensure an integrated, robust approach aligned with business objectives.The role requires strong technical leadership, a deep understanding of hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), and the ability to implement effective architecture governance.The main technical environments include:Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMwareBackup and Disaster Recovery: VeeamDatabases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL ServerSystems: Windows Server, LinuxPhysical Infrastructure: Compute, storage, networkCloud: Hybrid environment with an Azure componentAutomation: Terraform, AnsibleCompliance: Adherence to ISO 27001 requirements.Main tasks:Define, coordinate, and evolve the technical architecture vision for the infrastructure domain.Strengthen the consistency between the various deployed technical solutions and ensure their alignment with business needs and company standards.Structure and lead architecture governance, in collaboration with the Solution Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.Support critical projects throughout their lifecycle, providing technical guidance and validating architectural choices.Promote infrastructure resilience, performance, and security by integrating ISO 27001 requirements into practices and designs.Ensure the documentation of technical architectures and knowledge transfer to operational teams.Unite, mentor, and develop a team of technical architects and designers, fostering collaboration, the sharing of best practices, and technical excellence.Ideal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate has significant experience in technical architecture within complex environments (on-premises and cloud), combined with a proven track record in team leadership or technical coordination.Required Technical Skills:Excellent command of virtualized infrastructure environments, databases, and backup solutions.Good understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and automation practices.Strong focus on system security and resilience.Familiarity with ISO 27001 certification requirements.Expected Soft Skills:Strong leadership, ability to motivate and engage a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication, teaching, and collaboration skills.Rigor, results-oriented, and possessing a holistic view of systems.Strong technical credibility and a role model for the teams.Information Security Aspects:As this position requires administrator privileges or access to classified information, it is considered high-risk for our information systems.In accordance with ISO 27001, a professional reference check is required for all shortlisted candidates.If your candidate is selected for an interview, you will be asked to provide the contact information of one or more previous managers (recent experience) for contact.This data will be deleted within a maximum of two years after the end of the collaboration, or one and a half years if the recruitment process is unsuccessful.
