Want to help shape today's and tomorrow's airport? Join our Passenger Aviation team as the Head of Passenger Experience. Votre mission As Head of Passenger Experience, you are responsible for the experience in our terminal and the entire passenger journey. You ensure smooth flows and balance commercial and operational interests. You are the engine of hospitality, passenger experience, wayfinding, terminal management and customer service. Que ferez‑vous ? Développer la vision du terminal : définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour le wayfinding, les installations passagers et la planification des espaces. Responsabilité du terminal : garantir la qualité générale, la propreté et le confort des passagers; mettre en place procédures et méthodes pour l’amélioration continue. Hospitalité & Service Client : élaborer une stratégie omni‑canal en matière d’hospitalité, gérer le welcome desk, lost & found, customer care et airline crew. Wayfinding & gestion des flux : développer et superviser la stratégie de flux et de wayfinding, référence pour les évolutions futures du terminal. Diriger une équipe solide : inspirer, coacher et développer vos collaborateurs pour atteindre des résultats d’excellence. Gérer des budgets importants : responsable final d’un budget opérationnel > 45 M€ et d’un budget CAPEX > 2 M€ par an. Ce qui vous rend unique ? Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans des environnements complexes et rôles de leadership. Penseur stratégique passionné pour l’hospitalité et l’expérience client. Solide compréhension financière et compétences avérées en gestion d’équipe. Excellente communication en néerlandais, français et anglais. Capacité à créer des ponts et aligner les parties prenantes internes et externes.
