• You will develop the AIFM Compliance function (2nd line of defence) in close collaboration with the Chief Compliance Officer / MLRO.
• You will be responsible for the development and execution of the compliance audit programme for AIFM in Luxembourg
• You will be in charge of RC mandates for Luxembourg funds.
• You will participate in the creation, updating and improvement of the relevant policies (Compliance- / AML-Policy, etc.).
• You will carry out UBO analyses independently and manage reports to the RBE register.
• You will be actively involved in monitoring our service providers and external partners, in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• You will ensure that new regulations are implemented correctly.

Senior Compliance Officer/RC : Your Profile

• You hold a master's degree in banking/finance or in the legal field
• You have at least 6 to 10 years' experience in a similar position in a Luxembourg ManCo / AIFM or in a reputable audit/consulting firm.
• You will have experience of alternative investment funds .
• You will have a good knowledge of Luxembourg AML and AIFM legislation and experience in drafting SAR/STR policies, reports and declarations.
• You have a perfect command of German and English (knowledge of another language, such as French, is an asset).
• You will be comfortable using standard MS-Office applications and Worldcheck.
