• Je bepaalt welke methoden en technieken worden gebruikt als onderdeel van het analysewerk.
• Je adviseert en traint ontwikkelteams in functionele analyse, datamodellering en testen.
• Je identificeert mogelijkheden voor procesverbeteringen en ondersteunt de implementatie ervan.
• Je ondersteunt de teams bij audits en reviews van deliverables om de kwaliteit ervan te waarborgen.
• Je biedt gebruikers ondersteuning inzake tools rond modelleren, documenteren en testen.
• Je draagt bij aan de selectie en integratie van documentatie-, modelleer- en testtools.
• Je werkt samen met verschillende teams om de interoperabiliteit van processen en tools te waarborgen.
• Je werkt procedures en documentatie bij. Profiel Je hebt een diploma in IT en ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in IT-ontwikkeling. Je hebt een goede kennis van de volgende gebieden: requirements verzamelen, functionele analyse, datamodellering, Agile, SCRUM, OO ontwikkelingsprincipes en testtechnieken. Een goede kennis van methodologieën (UML, BPMN, ArchiMate, enz.) en modelleringstools is een pluspunt. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol en diepgaande kennis van methodologieën, tools en analyse- en testprocessen. Als je nog niet over alle benodigde kennis beschikt, zijn je motivatie en leervermogen doorslaggevend. Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt graag in teamverband, coacht en overtuigt graag. Je hebt uitstekende communicatie- en schrijfvaardigheden (in het Engels) voor digitale content. Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
