Pauwels Sauzen is een Belgisch familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in de productie van sauzen: eerst mosterd, daarna ook mayonaise, ketchup, vinaigrettes en allerlei speciaal-sauzen. Dit toonaangevend bedrijf produceert sinds 1909 met de meest kwalitatieve ingrediënten sauzen voor retail, foodservice, co-packing en exportindustrie. De sauzen van Pauwels worden in diverse smaken en verpakkingen verdeeld in meer dan 30 landen. Met een productie van ongeveer 120 miljoen kg en een omzet van meer dan 300 miljoen euro per jaar, behoren we tot één van de grootste sauzenproducenten in Europa.
Pauwels sauzen staat voor kwaliteit, operationele uitmuntendheid en vakmanschap en biedt een uitstekende service. Met een dynamische ploeg van 350 medewerkers, verdeeld over twee productiesites (Oelegem en Herent), gespecialiseerde R&D afdelingen en commerciële sites in België, Frankrijk (Parijs), en Engeland (Londen), creëert het bedrijf toegevoegde waarde voor haar klanten.

Om verdere groei te realiseren, zoeken we voor de hoofdzetel in Oelegem een (m/v) Export Manager met ervaring in de voedingssector.
- Actief beheren en opvolgen van bestaande klanten en uitbouwen van nieuwe opportuniteiten en afzetmarkten, inclusief contact met potentiële klanten in Retail Europa (buiten Benelux, FR, UK) en Export Afrika en Middle-East.
- Vertalen van de exportstrategie in een concreet jaarlijks actieplan en verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van doelstellingen op vlak van volume en contributie.
- Volgen van internationale trends in de voedingssector.
- Opvolgen van verkoopresultaten en prioriteiten stellen.
- Vertegenwoordigen van Pauwels NV op beurzen en onderhouden van contacten met vakorganisaties en export ondersteunende instanties.
- Beheren van accounts en exportdossiers, inclusief financieel proces en afhandeling van orders.
- Sturen van het team export commerciële binnendienst.
- Rapporteren aan de Commercial Director.
- Bachelor of Master diploma in commerciële of financiële richting (Marketing, Economie) met 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in export.
- Ervaring met netwerk van traders en importeurs en juridische aspecten van exportmanagement.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Goede beheersing van MS Office en ERP systemen.
- Duidelijke en gestructureerde communicatie, empathisch, en klantgericht.
- Assertief met overtuigingskracht en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Projectmatige aanpak voor sterke opvolging en coördinatie.
- Flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Goede samenwerking met diverse stakeholders.
