Het project betreft een civiele bouwfase op een open werf met activiteiten zoals installatie van apparatuur, nutsvoorzieningen en HVAC-systemen. Noties van automatisatie zijn een pluspunt. De nadruk ligt op civiele werken in afwerking nieuwbouw en installatie technieken. Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging en praktische organisatie van een bouw- en installatieproject. Bespreekt dagelijks de voortgang van het project met de projectleiding. Signaleert mogelijke conflicten in de planning tijdens de uitvoering en werkt samen met het projectteam aan oplossingen. Zorgt ervoor dat de nodige werkvergunningen tijdig worden voorbereid en vrijgegeven in overleg met uitvoerende partijen. Voert taakrisicoanalyses uit in samenwerking met uitvoerende partners als onderdeel van de werkvergunningsprocedure. Organiseert op regelmatige basis werfvergaderingen met de veiligheidsverantwoordelijke, ploegbazen van betrokken onderaannemers en projectingenieurs. Ondersteunt actief het veiligheidsbeleid op de werf door onveilige situaties te signaleren, op te lossen en samen te werken met de veiligheidscoördinator. Neemt deel aan dagelijkse veiligheidsbriefings. Begeleidt nieuwe uitvoerders bij hun eerste werfbezoek. Draagt bij aan constructability reviews en geeft input over de haalbaarheid van uitvoeringsplannen. Houdt de veiligheidscoördinator op de hoogte van geplande werkzaamheden en eventuele wijzigingen. Onderzoekt, samen met het projectteam, incidenten of verzorgingsgevallen op de werf en implementeert de nodige verbeteracties. Zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van werkvergunningen en verzamelt deze aan het einde van elke werkdag van de uitvoerende partijen. Bachelor of Master in een relevant vakgebied, zoals Bouwkunde, Veiligheid, of Industriële Wetenschappen. Kennis van bouw- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (bijv. Codex over het welzijn op het werk, AREI, Eurocodes). Ervaring met projectplanning en uitvoering. Kennis van risicobeoordeling en veiligheidsprocedures. Ervaring in hoogtechnologische omgevingen met strenge veiligheidsstandaarden, zoals farma of een vergelijkbare sector, is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
