Description de l'emploi :
Als Store Manager ben je de drijvende kracht achter de economische activiteiten van je winkel en werk je aan het bereiken van prestatie- en omzetdoelstellingen. Je leidt je team naar het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen die zijn vastgesteld door de Operationele Directie en zorgt ervoor dat de No Stress-filosofie correct wordt toegepast.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Handel en Klanten:
- Ontwikkelen van de business door het analyseren van indicatoren en het voorstellen van actieplannen.
- Definiëren en superviseren van de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve doelstellingen van de winkel.
- Implementeren van het Commercieel Actieplan van het merk voor operationele uitmuntendheid.
- Verbeteren van de commerciële spirit om de klantervaring en -tevredenheid te versterken.
Teammanagement:
- Animeren en coördineren van het winkelteam in lijn met het jaarlijkse communicatieplan van de keten.
- Begeleiden van het evolutieproject van retail in je winkel.
- Aanwerven, integreren, evalueren en laten groeien van je team om talenten en mobiliteit te ontwikkelen.
Beheer en Sturing:
- Deelnemen aan het definiëren van het budget van de winkel.
- Analyseren van de activiteit en de economische en commerciële indicatoren.
- Beheren van de exploitatierekening van de winkel.
- Zorgen voor een optimaal beheer van de winst- en verliesrekening en coördineren van de uitwisselingen met ondersteunende functies.
Profiel:
- Commercieel ingesteld, je houdt ervan om de business en de prestaties van een commerciële eenheid te ontwikkelen.
- Klanttevredenheid staat centraal in je motivatie.
- Ervaring in het aansturen van een winkel in een georganiseerde retailomgeving.
- Beheersing van het volgen en beheren van een exploitatierekening, retailindicatoren en actieplannen om vooruitgang te boeken.
- Als manager ben je gepassioneerd door het animeren en ontwikkelen van teams.
- Betrokken en professioneel in het beheer van prioriteiten, je combineert gezelligheid, serieusheid en veeleisendheid.
