We are currently seeking a full-time Admin Support (gn) to join our team at our Headquarters in Hasselt, Belgium, with an immediate start date. This position offers a hybrid work model with two office days per week.
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Admin Support (gn) to oversee daily office tasks, improve administrative processes, and collaborate with various departments, primarily commercial (Sales/Marketing) related. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong affinity for systems and technology. We're looking for an energetic team player who takes shared responsibility for driving the company's growth and success.
The position can also be considered as an 80-90 percent part-time role. We are happy to consider applicants from Belgium as well as from the Netherlands.

- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a relevant area of study is a mandatory requirement
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong command of written and verbal communication abilities
- Quick learner who can rapidly grasp processes, systems and company-specific information
- Proficiency in using MS Office/MS Excel
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required for this role
