You make sure everything runs smoothly — from order to delivery.ActivitiesProcess orders in the ERP system and follow them up from A to Z;Support customers with quotes, product information, and follow-up;Be the main point of contact for your customers and anticipate their needs;Coordinate with planning, purchasing, R&D, and quality departments;Monitor budgets and invoices accurately;Prepare shipments and ensure everything is dispatched correctly and on time;Think commercially and help improve processes;Support reception and welcome visitors with a smile.In short: you keep the commercial flow running — with precision and initiative.Specific requirements for the work positionQualifications and prerequisite:Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience;Fluent communication in Dutch, French, and English;Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with ERP systems (LISA, Navision, SAP) is a plus.Soft skills:Accurate, quick to understand, and enjoys variety;Commercial mindset, solution-oriented, and full of enthusiasm.
