Our client, a renowned European institution in the heart of Brussels, is dedicated to advancing cyber-risk prevention and fostering awareness. They are seeking an experienced Consultant to join their dynamic Cyber Awareness Team. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of impactful initiatives, including information sessions, training programs, educational presentations, and lunch talks, amongst other knowledge-sharing and awareness-raising activities. Contract type offer: Freelancer or employment contract Location requirement: Brussels, working from the Institution’s comfortable offices. Responsibilities: IT security policy framework and requirements analysts of treat landscapes Proposing, defining, and contributing to the implementation of actions towards dissemination of IT security policy framework, processes, and methodologies Participation and coordination of the dissemination of IT Security policies. Building cyber-aware programs Preparing and maintaining project and quality plans. Provide regular and accurate reports. Contributing to the daily implementation of the Cyber Aware Programme, including: Delivering cybersecurity awareness-raising sessions, Developing and delivering training on cybersecurity Organise events tailored to different audiences Creating and updating online content (websites, infographics, educative videos, online training,…) Assisting in the assessment of the needs of IT security training in cooperation with HR for training programs, using new learning pedagogical approaches Coordinate IT security learning projects Stakeholder management aiming at raising cybersecurity awareness: Creation of dashboards and reports on customer metrics Resolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently Contributing to the success of IT security projects and initiatives - keeping stakeholders updated and ensuring their engagement in the IT security field Key Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral, (this will be tested via a written assessment) Experience and interest in the cybersecurity field Capacity to work independently, efficiently, and fast, ensuring the management of the project in a productive and results-driven manner. Self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to participate in meetings with a variety of stakeholders and report on them. Very good communication and interactive skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences; ability to identify the customer’s requirements. Constructive and problem-solving-oriented skills and relationship-building with the client. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools Knowledge of cybersecurity training platforms would be considered a great advantage. Experience in delivering training in the domain of cybersecurity. Ability to give business and technical presentations Ability to write clear and structured documents, articles, reports, and informative texts, is required for this role Experience in event planning and organization. The selected candidate for this role must be Security Clearance eligible at EU LEVEL SECRET
