As a Cybersecurity Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for our SOC (Security Operations Center) clients, ensuring they receive proactive follow-up, clear recommendations, and strategic guidance. You help customers build a stronger, more resilient security posture by combining strategic thinking, technical insight, and stakeholder management to deliver real impact. What You'll Do Act as the main point of contact between SecWise and customer stakeholders. Identify risks and propose tailored improvements using SecWise solutions. Provide actionable recommendations based on SOC findings and communicate them effectively at a business level. Ensure smooth collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement. Spot opportunities for enhanced security coverage and resilience. What You Bring A proactive, positive mindset and strong customer focus. Cybersecurity expertise with solid knowledge of SOC operations, and security architecture. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language and, vice versa Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
