Wat houdt de functie van recruitment consultant in?
Als recruitment consultant ontwikkel je een mix van competenties en taken die je telkens combineert.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen & managen van een klanten- & kandidatenportefeuille.
- Je bent een echte partner én coach voor zowel klanten als kandidaten.
- Je gaat op zoek naar openstaande vacatures bij bedrijven binnen jouw expertise.
- Je bespreekt de noden van je klant tijdens een bedrijfsbezoek.
- Je zoekt geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen en screent ze aan de hand van diepte-interviews.
- Je maakt de match tussen je kandidaten en vacatures en volgt hen op tot en met de evaluatie na hun opstart.
Wie zoeken wij?
Bij voorkeur beschik je over een bachelor- en/of masterdiploma met een eerste werkervaring binnen rekruterings- of commerciële sector. Zolang je beschikt over:
- De zin om in een professionele omgeving te werken?
- Een gedreven mindset en de wil om targets te trotseren?
- Een portie mensenkennis en inlevingsvermogen?
- Een grote ondernemingszin om je eigen business te doen draaien?
- Een ideale mix van commerciële feeling & een people mindset.
