Head of Growth & Partnerships As Head of Growth & Partnerships, you are the driving force behind our commercial expansion. You combine commercial flair with strategic insight and help shape our sales (and marketing) approach. You work closely with the CEO and founders, are part of the management team, and translate our vision into concrete opportunities, partnerships, and deals. We are looking for someone who proactively seeks out new clients, gains energy from prospecting and C-level conversations, and contributes to building a sustainable growth strategy. Key Responsabilities Business Development Develop a systematic prospecting approach for our niche, actively identify new leads, and build a healthy pipeline. You will spend a significant amount of time engaging IT decision‑makers within our target audience through outreach, networking, and owned events. Follow up existing leads closely, build strong long‑term relationships, and convert interest into concrete collaborations. Accountmanagement Take responsibility for a selection of key accounts and ensure clients feel heard, supported, and guided. Identify upsell potential and ensure these opportunities are converted into results. Commercial Strategy & Growth Take ownership of further developing our sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans and objectives. Ensure an optimally organized internal process for lead follow‑up, supported by the necessary KPIs. Map out markets, target groups, and ideal customers, and set up targeted actions to reach them. Marketing & thought leadership Contribute to the commercial positioning of Content & Coffee, from brand story to website, and from content strategy to events. Work with colleagues on initiatives that strengthen our visibility, including content campaigns and community activities. Services & Proposition Strategy Help refine our value propositions and determine which services we should or should not continue developing. Translate market and client insights into new products and services. Contribute to pricing, packaging, and commercial positioning. Build partnerships that strengthen our propositions (software partners, niche consultants, integrators, etc.). Are you the colleague we are looking for? You have at least 5 years of experience in business development within IT consultancy. You understand the challenges IT teams face and can translate them into tailored solutions aligned with our services. You are entrepreneurial, energetic, and motivated by achieving results. You can communicate effectively at C‑level and translate our services into business value. You are action‑oriented and combine strong commercial drive with strategic thinking. You feel at home in active prospecting and enjoy initiating contact with potential clients and opening new doors. You are flexible and willing to attend networking events or client meetings that may take place in the evening.
