Groei mee met een dynamisch technologiebedrijf in Gent. We zoeken een support engineer die wil bijdragen aan hun innovatieve oplossingen. Bedrijfsprofiel Voor een groeiend technologiebedrijf in de regio Gent zoeken we een Support engineer. Met een steeds groeiende omzet en honderden medewerkers levert het bedrijf geavanceerde oplossingen in elektrotechniek, automatisering, HVAC en industriële installaties. Binnen een no-nonsense cultuur krijg je ruimte voor initiatief en ontwikkeling in een financieel sterk en toekomstgericht bedrijf. Functieomschrijving Eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij hard- en softwareproblemen Klantvriendelijke begeleiding en ondersteuning van gebruikers Detecteren en bespreken van terugkerende IT-problemen om structurele oplossingen te vinden Volledig endpoint management (pc's, laptops, mobiele toestellen, randapparatuur, applicaties) Installatie en configuratie van o.a. printers en scanners Onderhoud en updates van hardware (OS, BIOS, firmware) en software Beheer van gebruikersaccounts en toegangsrechten (onboarding & offboarding) Opstellen en onderhouden van documentatie, handleidingen en procedures Profiel Leergierig en hands-on ingesteld Sterke probleemoplossende en analytische vaardigheden Klantgericht en communicatief Zelfstandig en in staat prioriteiten te stellen Opleiding of relevante kennis/ervaring binnen IT Basiskennis van Windows domeinen, Windows 10/11, iOS, Office & Microsoft 365, netwerken (LAN, WiFi, TCP/IP) Kennis van SCCM en Intune is een plus Aanbod Naast een contract van onbepaalde duur krijg je nog onderstaande voordelen: Aantrekkelijk brutomaandsalaris afhankelijk van je ervaring Maaltijdcheques Ecocheques Hospitalisatieverzekering Groepsverzekering Een flexibele uurregeling en de mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk.
