How Will You Make an Impact?
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving customer success and shaping innovative solutions that truly make a difference? As an employee, you’ll contribute to business growth by exceeding defined sales targets for service contracts and support plans. You’ll also proactively identify and develop new opportunities to expand revenue within assigned accounts, becoming a trusted partner to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships by making daily outbound calls and engaging via email with decision-makers across all levels and functions.
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass your objectives.
- Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate account, lead, and opportunity data. Analyze and handle forecasts and sales funnel.
- Conduct sales calls, encouraging long-term relationships with both new and existing customers via phone or video conferencing.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on tailored sales quotes for your assigned region.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Over 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a bonus.
- Strong communication, with a talent for relationship-building and customer engagement.
- A passion for collaboration and the ability to handle projects in a collaborative environment, delivering outstanding customer service.
