How Will You Make an Impact?

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving customer success and shaping innovative solutions that truly make a difference? As an employee, you’ll contribute to business growth by exceeding defined sales targets for service contracts and support plans. You’ll also proactively identify and develop new opportunities to expand revenue within assigned accounts, becoming a trusted partner to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships by making daily outbound calls and engaging via email with decision-makers across all levels and functions.
  2. Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass your objectives.
  3. Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate account, lead, and opportunity data. Analyze and handle forecasts and sales funnel.
  4. Conduct sales calls, encouraging long-term relationships with both new and existing customers via phone or video conferencing.
  5. Prepare, review, and follow up on tailored sales quotes for your assigned region.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  2. Over 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.
  3. Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  1. Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a bonus.
  2. Strong communication, with a talent for relationship-building and customer engagement.
  3. A passion for collaboration and the ability to handle projects in a collaborative environment, delivering outstanding customer service.
