Skywings zoekt een Training Administrator om zijn team in Antwerpen (Deurne) te versterken. Als administratieve kracht zal je instaan voor het beheer van de studenten- en instructeursadministratie. Via ons ATO platform volg je de status van vergunningen, licenties en medische attesten nauwkeurig op. Je zorgt daarbij ook dat onze pilotenschool administratief conform blijft met de luchtvaartregelgeving. Op de campus ben je een sleutelfiguur die zorgt voor de coördinatie van toegangsbadges, schoonmaak, catering, reizen, events en meer. We zoeken een georganiseerde collega die vlot communiceert in het Engels en mee het enthousiasme voor onderwijs en luchtvaart deelt

Minimale vereisten:
- Bachelor diploma of ervaring vereist
- 2 jaar ervaring in administratie vereist
- Uitstekende kennis Engels vereist
- Ordelijk, stipt en communicatief
