We are seeking a skilled Java Architect to join our dynamic team that thrives on innovation of public services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the creation of new applications and components, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and implementation of Java-based applications and components, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business needs and develop tailored solutions, maintaining and updating support documents.
- Provide technical guidance in the development, operationalization, and improvement of processes, data, applications, and ICT services.
- Work in a team, advise, communicate, and pass on knowledge, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Possess excellent organizational and writing skills to document and clarify architectural concepts, using suitable models to represent systems and ensure consistency with the overall architecture.
- Master the entire software development cycle, stay updated with technologies used by the public sector (angular, Java, WebLogic, Fortify, Spring/SpringBoot, ActiveMQ Artemis, Docker/Kubernetes, Openshift, Gitlab-CI, OIDC, OAuth2, Grafana, Kibana, OpenAPI, DevOps, CI/CD), understand components, and have a vision for organizing applications into microservices.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Java with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, and a strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Java modern development frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple partners, with proficiency in French (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field (additional certifications are a plus).
