Als tax manager treed je op als adviseur en coach van de operationele teams aangaande complexe opdrachten en vragen binnen tax . Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kennisdeling en -overdracht van jouw expertise binnen het kantoor.
- Je beantwoordt snel en accuraat complexe vragen van operationele medewerkers en/of team managers met betrekking tot hun dossiers.
- Je neemt de rol van projectverantwoordelijke op bij opdrachten over de teams heen en draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid bij complexe zaken.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis over de tendensen binnen het expertisedomein tax en volgt de actualiteit daartoe op de voet.
- Je volgt externe opleidingen en vertaalt de opgedane kennis naar de volledige organisatie.
- Je werkt innovatieve oplossingen en efficiënte procedures binnen jouw expertisedomein uit in nauwe samenwerking met de business line en biedt ondersteuning bij de implementatie ervan.
- Je neemt initiatief tot controle en up-to-date houden van modellen en checklists op basis van actualiteit en wijzigingen in de wetgeving.
- Je bepaalt mee de kantoorstandpunten binnen jouw expertisedomein en je staat in voor het bewaken van het naleven van deze standpunten.
- Je bewaakt mee de uniformiteit, de kwaliteit en de efficiëntie over de teams heen door steekproefgewijs dossiers na te kijken en kwaliteitscontroles uit te voeren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kennisoverdracht binnen jouw expertisedomein, dit zowel via interne als externe opleidingen.
- Je stelt de beschikbare tools in vraag en formuleert verbetervoorstellen.
- Je rapporteert aan de business line director.
- Je bent Gecertificeerd Belastingadviseur of jouw ITAA-stage loopt op z'n einde, of je bent fiscaal jurist .
- Je hebt een hoogstaande kennis binnen het vakgebied corporate tax.
- Je bent een teamspeler en kan goed met andere mensen samenwerken.
- Je denkt en handelt klantgericht.
- Je slaagt erin om complexe informatie duidelijk en gestructureerd over te brengen.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
