Als Qualification Engineer word je ingezet als expert in ons team in Geel:
- Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van kwalificaties. Hierin heb je een specialistenrol en werk je actief mee in multidisciplinaire projecten.
- Je stelt kwalificatieprotocollen op, voert ze uit en je rapporteert hierover.
- Je past GMP-richtlijnen en procedures toe en je vertaalt deze naar de kwalificatieactiviteiten.
- Je zet sterk in op het schrijven van URS, risicomanagement, DQ, IQ, OQ en PQ protocollen, QSR.
- Je werkt mee aan het schrijven van commissioning test scripts (incl. FAT / SAT).
- Je voert protocollen uit en je schrijft hierover samenvattende rapporten, inclusief het fieldwerk (P&ID - controle, functionele test...).
- Je neemt actief deel aan verbeteringsinitiatieven.
- Je beheert de CC's en CAPA's in het TrackWise-systeem: initiatie, opvolgen en afmelden.
- Je hebt een Master in een wetenschappelijke of technische discipline of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaren ervaring met kwalificatieactiviteiten of binnen validation in de farmaceutische sector.
- Je hebt kennis van GMP en GDP.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels.
