Job Requirements Experience 5–8 years of experience in data center or enterprise IT infrastructure environments 3+ years of hands-on experience with server provisioning, troubleshooting, and testing (HP, Dell, IBM)3+ years of experience in fiber cabling, testing, and troubleshooting using OTDR, LSPM, BER, OSA, MPO testing tools Proven experience with IMAC, break-fix, rack & stack, and circuit migration activities Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Linux/CLI-based environments Hands-on experience with: Fiber, copper, and power cabling (installation, testing, labeling, documentation) Network devices: switches, routers, firewalls, SAN, WAN, access points Servers (physical & virtual), storage, backup, tape libraries, HCI platforms Power infrastructure: PDUs (up to 3KVA), UPS, grounding, HVAC coordination Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, and domain environments Experience with diagnostics, power cycling, firmware checks, and component replacement Familiarity with backup, recovery, and tape management processes Understanding of data center hardware architecture and L3 troubleshooting procedures
