About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. This role is pivotal in supporting corporate governance and ensuring compliance across our subsidiaries. You will work closely with in-house legal counsel to manage corporate housekeeping and provide legal administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise appointments, dismissals, and renewals of management bodies and statutory auditors via an electronic corporate housekeeping platform.Prepare powers of attorney and maintain corporate books and shareholder registers.Coordinate with notaries for notarisation and legalisation of documents.Ensure publication and registration formalities with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises.Draft corporate legal documents under the supervision of legal counsel.Provide general legal administrative assistance as required.ProfileBachelor’s degree in Law or 3–5 years’ paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate environment.Fluency in English and French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other language.Proficient in MS Office and familiar with electronic legal platforms.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to show initiative.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of corporate governance processes.
