Aujourd'hui, nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager Piping pour accompagner notre croissance et piloter nos projets techniques avec rigueur et engagement.
Votre mission
En tant que Project Manager Piping, vous êtes le garant du bon déroulement de nos projets, depuis l'analyse du besoin jusqu'à la livraison finale.
Vos responsabilités incluent :
Identifier les pièces à produire à partir d'un dossier de projet ou par prise de mesures sur site.
Planifier des visites de chantier avec les clients.
Déterminer une solution technique adaptée.
Réaliser les plans détaillés de fabrication des pièces et mentionner les cotations, les états de surface, les tolérances de fabrication et d'assemblage à respecter. Si nécessaire : mentionner les soudures numérotées et leur(s) contrôle(s) associé(s).
Rédaction de modes opératoires, PGSS et PPSS.
Participer à l'élaboration des réponses aux appels d'offres.
Rechercher des fournisseurs.
Négocier les prestations avec les fournisseurs.
Adapter et valider avec le client les simulations et/ou les prototypes.
Piloter le projet en constituant, organisant, coordonnant et animant l'équipe projet selon le cahier des charges.
Assurer et rapporter l'état d'avancement des travaux à son responsable ainsi qu'au client.
Veiller au respect des délais.
Constituer des dossiers techniques.
Livrer le projet au niveau de qualité attendu par le client.
Envoyer les certificats matière au QA (rapports et plans as-built).
Superviser les montages sur site et réaliser des missions ponctuelles de montage.
Évaluer et faire progresser les professionnels travaillant sur son projet.
Superviser les ouvriers du point de vue technique.
Créer et faire évoluer des nomenclatures, mettre à jour et rédiger des notices techniques ou de la documentation.
Se tenir au courant de l'évolution technique et technologique du métier.
S'intégrer dans une équipe de travail.
Appliquer rigoureusement les règles de sécurité et d'hygiène en vigueur dans l'entreprise.
Votre profil
Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et passionné par la gestion de projets industriels ? Voici ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir chez nous :
Bachelier ou ingénieur, ou expérience significative comme Project Manager Piping.
Logiciels : CAO (SolidWorks), DAO, 3D (PDS, PDMS).
Connaissance des normes et réglementations inhérentes à notre secteur.
Maîtrise des techniques de gestion des risques.
Approche démarche qualité.
Expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique.
Connaissance obligatoire du piping.
Connaissance de l'anglais technique, lu, écrit et parlé.
Connaissances de base en informatique : système d'exploitation Windows, Microsoft (Word, Excel), ERP, travail en réseau, recherche sur Internet).
Bonne présentation.
Rigueur et précision.
Faire preuve de sang-froid et de réactivité.
Autonomie et capacité d'initiative.
Capacité à collaborer avec les autres services de l'entreprise.
Adhérer aux objectifs de l'entreprise.
Traduire des informations techniques avec précision.
Savoir déléguer et encadrer une équipe.
