Job Title: Systems AdministratorLocation : Brussel, VLG , BelgiumContract Duration : 6 monthsWork Mode : HybridJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage and support complex enterprise infrastructures, using ServiceNow daily to handle incidents, service requests, and change activities.The consultant needs to maintain virtualized environments based on VMware ( for the EEAS environment), Hyper-V ( for delegations ), and Nutanix/RESCOM ( for the restricted environment), ensuring stability, performance, and security, especially where highly confidential data was involved.Windows Server (2016–2022) administration, File Server roles, Active Directory, GPO and AGMP with a strong security focus, and Red Hat Linux environments, with particular emphasis on Red Hat Satellite. Monitor systems using SolarWinds and supported the ongoing migration to Dynatrace.A significant part of the work involves automation and patching. The consultant should design and maintain scripting solutions using PowerShell and PowerShell Universal, and leverage Ansible for automation tasks, particularly around Red Hat Satellite. I coordinate patch cycles using SCCM for Windows environments.The candidate will work closely with DevOps teams, contributing to projects within the SCRUM framework, constantly looking for opportunities to automate, optimize, and improve operational processes with Powershell.Nice to HaveExposure to the following technologies is considered a plus since there are dedicated teams :CrowdStrike and Palo Alto Networks (Security)Cisco networking (Network)Commvault (Backup)NetApp (Storage)Work ConditionsFlexibility required with rotating shifts:from 06:00–14:30up to 13:30–22:00English language required (C1 min)Smart working policy: 2 days remote, 3 days on-site
