These technologies enable cost-effective, large-scale production of exosomes for targeted delivery of bioactive compounds.For more information, visit conveyxo.com.To support its continued growth, conVeyXO is seeking a Head of Programs (M/F).ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Programs, you will be the CEO's strategic partner, translating company vision into actionable tactical plans and ensuring operational coordination across all programs. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and collaborations, driving the development and industrialization of ConvEyXO's therapeutic exosome portfolio and technology platform. Key responsibilities :Strategic and tactical program leadership to translate company strategy into actionable program plans and operational roadmaps, ensuring alignment across all levels of executionProjects definition and scoping to lead the hands-on definition of project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.You oversee the execution of multiple, complex projects spanning therapeutic development and technology platform industrialization.Drive internal and cross-functional team between R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, engineering, and alliance teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolutionOperational monitoring and steering to monitor program and project progress through regular reviews, steer development activities, and proactively resolve bottlenecks and risksDevelop and maintain consolidated dashboards and reports for program status, risks, KPIs and milestone trackingLead and manage collaborations with engineering companies, biotech, pharma, CDMOs, CROs, and other strategic partners.Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure clear communication and operational clarity and alignment across all parties.Representation and advocacy in external meetings, conferences and strategic forums and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.ProfileYou hold a advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.You have 8+ years' experience in program or project management within biotech, pharma, or advanced therapy industries.You demonstrate proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs and external collaborations.You have strong negociation, communication and leadership skills.You are certified in project/program management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.).You are fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.You have an autonomous, proactive, and able to manage complexity with a holistic vision.OfferThe opportunity to join a growing start-up in Belgium.Work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast paced environment.An attractive package in line with your experience and responsibilities.You application an related information will remain strictly confidential.
