*** Hybrid work - 50% presense at the office in Brussels is required ***We are looking for a Junior IT Buyer / Sourcing Analyst to join our Global Technology & digital solutions (T&DS) Procurement team in Brussels, at the center of international technology sourcing and transformation.This is a high-exposure role reporting into senior procurement leadership, where you will contribute to sourcing programs affecting more than 100 countries worldwide. You will actively support technology decisions that impact how tens of thousands of professionals work every day — from OEM's and core IT platforms to cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, and business software.This position is ideal for a high-potential professional with ~2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, consulting, finance or operations who wants to accelerate into strategic IT sourcing, rather than remaining in purely operational purchasing roles.You will collaborate daily with:• Group CIO & Regional CIO leadership teams (RCIOs)• Cybersecurity and infrastructure leaders• Legal and compliance counsel validating contracts and regulatory exposures• Finance teams driving investment business cases• Transformation leads running major digital programs• Tier-1 global technology vendorsThe role offers a front-row seat to how major technology investments are shaped, negotiated, and deployed at scale—and the opportunity to grow quickly into a recognized sourcing professional.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Commercial SupportSupport global sourcing projects from market research through RFP award and contract signatureHelp prepare RFIs, RFPs, commercial bid packs, and business cases for executive steering committeesPerform pricing analysis, vendor benchmarking, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modelingSupport commercial negotiations alongside senior procurement leaders and legal counselConsolidate global vendor proposals into recommendation decks used for CIO/Leadership decision boardsVendor & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a day-to-day interface with leading IT suppliers (hardware manufacturers, SaaS providers, cloud and cybersecurity vendors)Coordinate with internal teams: IT and Technology delivery teams on solution requirements Legal counsel on contracting, risk exposure and compliance clauses Finance on budgeting, ROI and capex / opex structuring Cybersecurity on security validation of suppliers Support ongoing supplier governance: KPIs, quarterly business reviews, compliance checks, and performance trackingContract & Procurement OperationsAssist in drafting, reviewing and managing:Technology contractsAmendments and renewalsPricing schedules and commercial appendicesMaintain accurate procurement documentation in procurement and CLM systemsEnsure sourcing processes comply with internal governance frameworksData, Reporting & ToolsBuild and maintain global sourcing dashboards and leadership reportingSupport spend analysis, category management reporting and savings trackingUse professional sourcing tools including:ServiceNowERP platformsContract Lifecycle Management (CLM) toolsContribute to data packs used in board-level sourcing updatesKey Requirements1–3 years experience in procurement, sourcing, consulting, supply chain, finance, business analysis or IT operationsAny hands-on exposure to: Technology purchasing Vendor negotiations SaaS/cloud contracting or IT project support is a strong advantageBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Procurement, Economics / Finance, Engineering or IT ManagementKey Skills Analytical thinker with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities Ability to structure complex data into clear, executive-ready insights Professional communicator comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders Well-organized, precise, and reliable Curious mindset and appetite to learn new technology landscapes rapidlyEnglish and French – professional working proficiency (mandatory)Additional European languages are a plusWhat Makes This Role Unique Not an admin buyer role — a real strategic learning platformUnlike traditional junior purchasing jobs focused on order processing, this role offers exposure to real technology sourcing strategy, commercial negotiations, and leadership decision making.You will learn:How CIOs and procurement leaders evaluate enterprise technology platformsHow global RFPs are structured and runHow contracts in SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity really workHow price negotiations at multi-million-euro scale are conductedHow suppliers are governed after contract signature.About Technology & digital solutions The Technology & digital solutions (T&DS) is leading Forvis Mazars digital transformation.
