Function

Are you a driven lawyer with a passion for transport and logistics? Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where your legal expertise can make a difference? At TML, we are looking for a Legal Advisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organisation, while working with various stakeholders in an international setting. Join us and help us turn legal challenges into opportunities

Duties:

  • Judicial Advice: Provide expert advice to various departments on contracts, compliance and regulations within the transport and logistics sector.
  • Contract Management: Manage and evaluate contracts with customers, suppliers and partners, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Risk Analysis: Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them so that we can secure our business objectives.
  • File follow-up: Manage new/current legal files in collaboration with relevant internal departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Management) and any external partners/agencies.
  • Training & Support: Organise training for employees on relevant legal issues and ensure they are well-informed about their responsibilities.
