Key Responsibilities:Testing and commissioning of ATS systems for Metro projects Installation & testing of ATS or equivalent Systems in rail signaling Knowledge of CBTC systems Knowledge about ATS subsystem and overall knowledge of workstations and servers Static Test of Switches and Network Monitoring System Static, Functional and Acceptance Testing for ATS Interface testing experience with PIDS/PAS/PSD/TETRA, etc Static test of Ring Backbone Network Troubleshooting of the issues which occur during site commissioning and warranty duration. Testing of the new baselines which delivery at site in ATS before deployed. Manage Site Testing activities Interfaces with the customer Performs Site Acceptance Testing Reports and tracks defects found during SAT Participate in triage of Production issues Write and execute test cases Manage the test environments Report and track defects Create the Test Reports Installations and system maintenance according to provided guidelines and maintenance manuals. Troubleshooting and analyzing the issues at site, and reporting the defects in a standard format.Key Competencies:Linux /RHEL 7 and higher experience preferred Basic Linux commands (copy, remove, move, startup, vi etc) Good understanding of networks Basic understanding of hardware set up and installation Ability to troubleshoot Linux, Hardware and network issues related to the rail signaling systems. Good communication skills Good organization skills Additional working knowledge on testing & configuration of systems desirable Microsoft Office, EXCEL and WORD education/experience Required Qualifications & Experience :Rail domain Signaling systems Site/commissioning experience Troubleshooting A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or similar discipline
