In order to strengthen its Frontline and Quality Management team, MAINSYS is looking for an IT employee in the banking sector whose main tasks will be toTest the banking applications developed and maintained by usHandle application incidents submitted by our clients within the contractual deadlines agreed between the partiesPropose short-term solutions (workarounds) to incidents Analyse the functional impact of incidents and/or bugs on the working of our applicationsAnswer functional questions about our applicationsPerform a first functional analysis to determine the potential source of bugs encountered and report them to the development teamsYour profileYou have between 0 – 3 years of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.You have a bachelor's or master's degree (mandatory)You have a first experience with SQL.You are interested in the banking world and are willing to increase your expertise.Any prior functional knowledge of the banking world, particularly credits, is an asset.You are self-reliant, able to prioritise your work and manage peaks in workloadYou have good analytical skills and are able to propose short- and long-term solutionsYou are rigorous and methodical, and you can understand that testing is a fundamental activity that enables us to deliver quality to our customersYou enjoy working in a teamYou are fluent in French or Dutch and have a basic knowledge of the other language.
