you will benefit from the PMO Academy and of senior project directors/solution architects coaching to help you to grow and manage bigger or more complex projects.More specifically, the main tasks that should be performed by the Solution Architect are as follows, this list being not limitative.The main tasks are:PresalesIn collaboration with the sales person responsible of the account and/or the presales responsible for the offer:Analyze the RFP sent out by the customer/prospect;Assist in writing the answer on the RFP ;Prepare and perform demo sessions at the customer/prospectTake care of the presentation of the offer from content point of view to the customer/prospect.DeliveryFor projects where the consultant has a role of Solution Architect:Participate in the project management with respect to the quality of the solution in accordance with the scope defined in the proposal accepted by the customer; with the Project Manager, take all actions necessary to optimize project margin taking into account the corporate objectivesLead the SOA People team for all aspects regarding the solution, especially its design, and its testing, elaborate and/or validate the corresponding deliverables documentsDesign solution architectures adapted to the constraints and objectives of the project;Be responsible for the integrity and quality of the solution, internally and towards the client;Drive, animate and manage the project team (objectives, assessments, coaching, training, ...) for the aspects related to the solution.Participate in internal processes as SOA People may require in relationship with solution architecture of projects (project audits, project reviews, project internal committees, staffing, proposals review, ...)For other projects,provide assistance and expertise to projects in difficulty;Participate and organize support activities: solutions audits, deliverables analysis, customer workshops,…In general, as “Functional Expert”:Understand and analyze our customer business, information flows and needs;Write the design documents (business blueprint or specifications);Present the solution and get it validated;Participate in setting up the solution;Perform and / or supervise the tests and assist the production start;conduct training.Knowledge ManagementThe consultant shall :Conduct activities in his area of expertise (solution architect, ...) in order to capitalize on his experience and its dissemination into the company;Share / Reuse project deliverables created in the context of other projects in order to accelerate and facilitate the current project and to improve the forecasted project marginBecome a referent recognized by his peers in his field of expertise.What do we offer you?A permanent contract from the start.Attractive salary, depending on your experience.Company car and flexible, hybrid working options.A work environment where collaboration and responsibility are central.A challenging and dynamic role in a growing organization.Training and certification opportunities.Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.An informal work atmosphere with motivated colleagues.Be part of an organization dedicated to project management.Opportunities for growth within the company.Fun team activities such as lunches, quarterly meetings, a summer party, and winter sports.Who are you?At least 5 years of of experience as a senior functional consultant, with an expertise covering several modules of SAP in the area of Finance/Controlling or Logistics/Production, you were in charge of the overall design of the solution of your domain and the technical coordination of other consultants working on it.Several experiences delivering projects from the beginning (design) to the end (go-live).Deep understanding of the internal mechanism and dependencies set up between modules and functions within SAP architecture, and with other possible external applicationsThorough knowledge of SAP architectures: SAP ECC, S/4HANA, RISE, Public Cloud, SAP BTP…Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage your team and to build customer confidence regarding the proposed solution.Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, written and spoken.Interested?Do you want to be part of an ambitious, growing team and contribute to the success of our clients?
