Title: Clinical Research Associate (FSP)Location: Belgium (remote)Salary: Up to €62,000 plus car allowance/company car and benefitsMy client is a top global CRO specialising in the completion of complex clinical trials and is a global leader in delivering comprehensive, integrated drug development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.ResponsibilitiesIndependently conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits, ensuring protocol, regulatory, and ICH‐GCP compliance, including source data verification (SDV), case report form (CRF) review, and investigational product accountabilityApply risk-based monitoring approaches, conduct root‐cause analyses, and implement corrective/preventive actions to address site performance issuesMaintain regular contact with investigative sites between visits to track issue resolution and protocol adherenceProvide trial status updates to Clinical Team Manager (CTM) and ensure CTMS data is currentExperienceAt least 6 months of independent clinical monitoring experience (comparable to CRA I + CRA II), ideally within CRO/pharma.Valid driver's license and right to work in BelgiumStrong knowledge of ICH‐GCP, EU/FDA regulations and local Belgian requirementsFluent in French, Dutch and EnglishBenefitsCompetitive salary with company car or car allowancePrivate healthcareFinancial assistance with home office setupAbility to purchase an extra holiday in addition to the 30-day holidayPlease apply via LinkedIn or contact me at chris.boateng@arm.co.uk
