Company Description Bureau d'études Phoenix ( d'études Phoenix.com) est un bureau d'ingénierie créé en 2024 pour répondre (avec un regard génie civil et stabilité) à une croissance de la demande en expertise technique nécessaire lors de la réparation, la réhabilitation, la transformation ou la prolongation de la durée de vie d'infrastructures ou de bâtiments existants. Bureau d'études Phoenix fournit une gamme de services allant de la réalisation d'études de stabilité complètes au suivi de l'exécution et services d'assistance aux Maitres d'ouvrage, en passant par la réalisation d'expertises et d'audits de structures. La mission du Bureau d'études Phoenix est de permettre la conservation des structures existantes, tout en permettant aux Maitre d'ouvrage de réaliser leurs projets conformément à leur vision stratégique. Bureau d'études Phoenix t'offre un poste mixte dans lequel tu seras amené(e) à : Traiter l'ensemble des aspects techniques d'une grande variété de projets de construction, de réparation ou de maintenance d'ouvrages de construction. Nos services incluent les études de stabilité ainsi que les services de maîtrise d'ouvrage Participer activement à la réflexion, la mise en œuvre de nouvelles idées visant à développer ou à optimiser les activités de l'entreprise. Dans le but de supporter notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) expérimenté(e), afin de prendre la direction de notre centre de compétences techniques relatives au dimensionnement structural de bâtiments. Qualifications Profil technique avec intérêt pour le développement d'une start-up, Diplôme d'Ingénieur(e) Industriel ou Civil des Constructions, Expérience minimale de 6 ans dans les études de stabilité. Expérience probante dans la direction d'équipes Expérience probante en gestion de projet et interactions avec les clients Connaissance des programmes de calcul aux éléments finis, Proactif(ve) et prêt à sortir des sentiers battus et de sa zone de confort, Aptitudes organisationnelles, autonomie et bonne gestion du temps, Capable d'aborder la construction avec un regard pratique et pragmatique, Bonne connaissance du français (la connaissance de l'anglais et/ou du néerlandais est un plus).
